Correct, you will not be able to sign up for the SPP while at RBC DI.

I m wondering if you know how it works with the RBCDI Drip. How is it possible to have a drip with them and they dont charge a fee.
If the amount of money you receive when a dividend is paid, is greater than the price of a share, then no fee. They only deal with whole shares.

What Im hearing is that I should still get the share cert and sign up for a traditional Drip and SPP.
If you want to make use of the SPP and/or fractional shares, yes.
Note, it will probably be cheaper for you to purchase another share here on the share exchange board.
