Warrants are not shares. They are a security that entitles the holder to buy the underlying stock of the issuing company at a fixed price called the exercise price until the expiry date.
If the price of the stock goes up, the value of the warrants go up.
You have 3 choices:
-Exercise the warrant to buy the shares at a cheaper price
-Sell the warrant at a higher price
-hold on to them until they are worthless

I buy warrants all the time and do well with most of them. I never exercise them. Instead I just sell them on the market for a profit. They can be bought and sold just like a stock.

I assume if you got some AUSA.WT, they allow you to buy AUSA shares at any time for $0.25 within a year.
If you only got a few, you can add to them by buying more on the market.
