You can exercise them at any time before they expire (in 1 year for AUSA.WT). To exercise them you phone your broker and tell them what you want to do. You will pay a fee for purchasing the stock at the strike price.

I feel it is best to let them ride for a while to see if the price rises. Then just sell the warrants on the market through your broker. You will just have to pay their sell fee, the same as selling a stock.

I got some from Aurora also, only a few in number which is hardly worth bothering with. What I did was to buy some more to round the number off to 100 warrants. I plan to sell them when the price is good. To sell the warrants you don't need to phone them. You can just put in a sell order online.
